Shipping & Delivery Policy
At EVOLYF, we aim to deliver your products swiftly, safely, and transparently across Pakistan. Below are the details regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and parcel handling.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
* Processing Time: All orders are verified and processed within 24 business hours (Monday – Saturday).
* Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are dispatched on the same business day whenever possible.
* Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or official Pakistani public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Timelines
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to extreme weather conditions, national logistics delays, or public holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched from our Lahore fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an SMS and Email notification containing:
* Your Courier Tracking Number (AWB)
* A direct link to track your shipment in real time
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Courier Regulations
* Order Verification: First-time Cash on Delivery orders may require a quick WhatsApp or SMS confirmation prior to dispatch to prevent delivery failures.
* Courier Opening Policy: Under standard courier regulations in Pakistan, delivery riders are strictly not authorized to allow parcel opening prior to payment collection.
* Received a Damaged Parcel? If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please record a continuous unboxing video as you open it and follow our Return & Refund Policy within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
