Dash Cam video is fuzzy?
Kindly make sure you have removed the plastic protector from the camera lens and display screen. Also make sure the camera lens and car windscreen are clean.
What memory card should I use?
We recommend using a high-endurance microSD card (U3) with capacities up to the maximun 256GB.
Dash Can shows Memory Error?
Make sure that the memory card is U3 and above (256GB Max). Secondly format the memory card before using.
Can it record while my car is parked?
Yes. DashX Pro supports 24-hour parking monitoring when installed with a compatible hardwire kit.
Menu button or Wi-fi button is not working
First you need to press the record or OK button so the dash cam can stop recording and then press the menu or Wi-fi button.
Recording doesn't stop even after pressing the record button?
On the bottom left corner of screen a Lock and Unlock icon is present. If it show locked then press the menu button to unlock and then press the record button to stop recording. If it is already unlocked and problem remains, lock it first then unlock and use the record button.
Does it keep recording while the memory card is full?
Yes. DashX Pro supports loop recording, automatically overwriting the oldest unlocked footage when storage becomes full.
What happens if my car is involved in an accident?
The built-in G-Sensor automatically detects sudden impacts and locks the current recording, preventing it from being overwritten.
Does DashX Pro use a battery?
No. It uses a super capacitor instead of a lithium battery, making it more reliable in Pakistan's hot summer temperatures and extending the product's lifespan.
What is the maximum memory card supported
Can i Install the Dash Cam?
Yes. DashX Pro includes the necessary mounting accessories, and most users can install it within 15–30 minutes. Kindly see our easy installation video guide.
Can I install the rear camera on SUVs or hatchbacks?
DashX Pro is compatible with most 12V passenger vehicles, including cars, SUVs, hatchbacks, and pickup trucks.
Will it work in Pakistan's hot weather?
Yes. The super capacitor design is specifically chosen for improved heat resistance and reliable performance in high temperatures.
Does it record audio?
Yes. Audio recording is available and can be turned on or off from the settings.
How do I turn on the Wi-Fi of the Dash Cam?
There are two ways to do it
- Stop Recording. Go to system setting. Scroll to Wi-Fi and turn it on
- Stop recording. Long press menu button to turn on the Wi-Fi.
Can I view recordings without removing the memory card?
Yes. Simply connect your smartphone via Wi-Fi to phone. Open the VIIDURE app to view and download recordings directly from the camera.
Do I need an internet connection to use Wi-Fi?
No. The camera creates its own Wi-Fi connection. Internet access is not required.
Dash Cam randomly Locks many videos unnecessarily?
It is important to set the right setting of the G-sensor based on your car vibration, suspension and the road conditions.
